I FEEL..

HOW'S THE WEEK BEEN ACTIVERS?

Regardless of how it might have been , I want us all to take a moment to reflect on our feelings..

Forget about the work load, the next big thing, or the stress you're going through right now because the truth is,

WE ALL HAVE A SHARE IN OUR PROBLEMS , NO ONE IS WITHOUT ISSUES TRYING TO SOLVE.

So lets start by trashing them out one by one. Today we're gonna be focusing on 'FEELINGS..'

It could be that spark of care and emotions towards that special one, or that numbness inside of you. that confusion or passion behind that step . we all have feelings at certain points in our lives. sometimes we choose to ignore it for our sake, fear could be the reason we hold back, or sometimes we give in to its free will..

I'm just trying to make us understand that sometimes we need to learn to express ourselves willingly, even if the truth hurts. some times it takes letting it out to feel free.

It is hard trying to express your hardships and burst of emotions in words sometimes, WE JUST HAVE TO LEARN TO ACCEPT THAT ITS PART OF LIVE'S PROCESS ..

I believe some of us can relate to these words and i know it is speaking directly to you..

Here is an assignment for us ,

lets start our sentences with the word ''I FEEL..'

Believe me , it makes it easier to express your honest thoughts and exactly how your'e feeling.

Imma start,

''I feel .. congested. I feel so clouded by so many thing that its hard to tell what to focus on. I feel in need of space and new air.. to remind myself of who i am , my worth and how amazing every day is. TO WRITE MY OWN STORY AND ALWAYS BE HAPPY..''

Phew! Wasn't that a big relief. I feel much better now ,  more at ease..

you should try it too...  and don't forget to leave a comment on how you feel.

please live a like and share this beautiful words with that special someone you know..

HOW TO BE CONSISTENT

Have you ever had that awesome idea that is world changing, then you begin to implement it but after a while, you get tired and stop pursuing? Not to worry because we all struggle with being consistent from time to time. It's hard to be consistent  because we tend to focus on the outcome more than the process . Put another way, we're more drawn to the positive feelings of outcomes rather than the struggle of the journey. Most of us quit during the struggle before we can experience the rewards of staying the course. YOU ARE FOCUSED MORE ON THE OUTCOME THAN THE PROCESS When we initially visualize an idea, there is this rush of enthusiasm and will to begin. But few months in, we begin to face difficulties that we never expected to come across. The journey becomes tiring and complex. This makes majority of turn back without understanding that we have to face some challenges to move forward in life. THE BIG QUESTION                   ...

LITTLE CHERISHED MEMORIES

Hello Activers, How has the past week been? Beautiful hasn’t it? Leave a comment below. Its been a couple of days since we conversed don’t you think? I think its totally unfair on my part. So let me start throwing the card by asking What Is the most meaningful lesson you’ve learnt while growing up? When I was a lot younger I was thought a lot of things in diverse ways. Some of the experiences and development I though was unreasonable later turned out to shaping some of my positive values. Lol I’m not talking about having to be called repeatedly by parents for less important  tasks. I’m saying things we hated more during childhood e.g discipline , orderliness, distinguishing right and wrongs. To be fair, sometimes I still wanna be non-chalant about some things, we all have been there. There are some things I wish I didn’t pay attention to or know about. As a child , I matured faster than my peers/friends. It was harder to overlook certain things and not be overly c...
