 Isn't it exciting having to anticipate that special someone? That dreamy character, someone you've waited for so long? That person you feel passionate about or whom you gonna share that lollipop with?😍 Well let me introduce you to the word of ''WRITTINGS AND POSSIBILITIES'' where your feelings can be expressed in a more natural and exciting way! Have you ever written a LETTER before? I'm sure a lot of us have written something sketchy be it at school writing, essays or love letters we snuck under our crushes textbooks😉. Today, we are gonna learn a different form of writing which doesn't involve those boring letter rules and format. The fun part about this writing is that it helps you connect with yourself personally, relieve stress and express your emotions without caution👍. HOW TO BE CONSISTENT

 Have you ever had that awesome idea that is world changing, then you begin to implement it but after a while, you get tired and stop pursuing? Not to worry because we all struggle with being consistent from time to time. It's hard to be consistent  because we tend to focus on the outcome more than the process . Put another way, we're more drawn to the positive feelings of outcomes rather than the struggle of the journey. Most of us quit during the struggle before we can experience the rewards of staying the course. YOU ARE FOCUSED MORE ON THE OUTCOME THAN THE PROCESS When we initially visualize an idea, there is this rush of enthusiasm and will to begin. EMBRACING MENTAL HEALTH

  Hello Activers, T oday we are going to be focusing on Mental health. This is a topic a lot of us have heard about but haven't  fully taken into consideration. M ental fitness can be defined as having and maintaining a state of well-being and cultivating awareness of how we think, behave and feel.                                                                                                                                   Just as physical fitness provides us with an increased ability to respond to life in all its richness, mental fitness helps in the same way. It provides us more space to choose how to respond to a situation, whether that situation is a forethought, an external stimulus or a feeling.  As a result, we are less likely to sustain (or cause) emotional and relational injury,  that's why mental health is a crucial part of our being. Now lets  head unto steps on how to care for our mental health.
